Westfield Homecoming 2015

This year's annual parade was held on September 24 on a beautiful and warm Fall day. Corvette Indy, with the help of our sponsor Penske Chevrolet, again met the request for at least 18 vehicles to give rides for the school's dignitaries and High School Homecoming Court. Scattered through out the parade line up, with mostly Corvettes and five of Penske's loaner Camaros, the club's cars made a very colorful display. As in years past there were also the usual decorated pickups and trailers full of enthusiastic students, plus the school's marching bands and other groups marching along. The route winds its way through the Westfield campus from the new round about on IN 32 to the High School where Westfield residences line the route cheering the group and also picking up the candy and trinkets thrown to the crowd. The parade lasts about 20 minutes but gives a year long set of memories for those that participate. Corvette Indy and Penske are proud to support Chevrolet District Manager Mike Quinn's hometown High School event each year.
