​Veterans Day Parade 11/11/16

The 2016 Veterans Day parade in Downtown Indy was a big success. The sunny and cool weather was largely responsible for the big turnout of Corvettes from Corvette Indy and several other central Indiana Corvette clubs. The wait in the staging area on North Pennsylvania Street allowed Corvette owners and passengers to mix and mingle with members of other clubs. The total count of Corvettes was about 55. This was indeed a meaningful parade, especially if you are a U. S. military veteran. Following the parade, many Corvette Indy folks headed to Rick's Café Boatyard for lunch and more socializing. Thanks to John and Marg Herder for making the arrangements for a very enjoyable day.
