Delphi Pre Trip 10/11

With the fall season sometimes surprising trip planners with newly chip & sealed or newly paved roads Bob wanted to take a final cruise to Delphi prior to the 10/13 Drive N Dine. This also gave a chance for Barb to accompany him, as she will be navigator on Sunday and had yet to enjoy the ride there. Bill & Erika decided to join along, as it is a fun trip for a day. Unfortunately it started poorly, or actually his ZR1 didn't start at all! A dead battery was the culprit, and Bob had to leave it on a slow charger for the day and take their Tahoe. At least it was a Chevy! The day was beautiful and a great drive up to Delphi, then lunch downtown and more time was spent at the museum. Afterwards they headed out of town on Towpath road and through Logansport to US31 and back to Carmel. The great thing is that all of the roads on the route were in a clean condition and ready for the trip on Sunday!
