2014 Great Pumpkin Weekend

This year's annual Bud Fivecoate Memorial Great Pumpkin Weekend was held on the beautiful fall days of October 25 & 26. The weekend was hosted by Hoosier and Grass Menagerie Corvette Clubs. The autocross during the day had Frank & Cathy C and Butch D competing with Tammy D working the corners. On Saturday evening Bill & Erika L joined Tammy & Butch to compete in the 45th annual Great Pumpkin Rallies. The two couples did well with Erika & Bill getting a second in the poker rally, while Butch & Tammy got a 4th & a 5th in the two rallies, which should protect Tammy's number one position in the Ladies Regional Rally points and possibly Erika's number two position. The rallies were a lot of fun with one question and number of scrambled words and then the Trick of the evening was that the 19 competitor teams had to draw faces on a paper pumpkin that were judged with the winner from them. A fun fall evening ended the great day of competition. Butch & Tammy and Cathy & Frank also enjoyed the great weather on Sunday for more autocross fun of the last Indian Region event of 2014.
