​Super September 2016 - 09/24 & 25

This year's Super September had several Corvette Indy members working and a couple as competitors over the weekend. Those competing were Cathy Coolidge and Mike Gilbert while those working during the weekend were Frank Coolidge & Butch DeWitt working corners, Keith Riley hanging result tickets, and Bill Lapham on Sunday there to document with pictures along with working a corner. Also competing were Duane & Tanner Everhart from Lafayette, who recently joined Corvette Indy at the Penske Car Show. Saturday ran very long until nearly 7 pm due to having 56 competitors along with a number of reruns due not only to timing glitches but resetting of cones. Sunday was a much quicker day with the usual dwindling of competitors not running their second run along with the errant cone position being covered for quicker replacement. Also Sunday was a much sunnier and warmer day in comparison to the cloudy Saturday. Another good autocross weekend held by the Indiana Region.
