Rick's Boatyard Trip #2

On June 14, three months to the day the Retirees and Hookey Player Drive N Dine group made another pilgrimage to Rick's Boatyard. This group consisted of Greg (batching it), Tom, Jack, Bill, Bob, Brent & Betty, Dean & Zoe, Bill & Erika, and guest Rich. Starting from Greg's house we took a tour of the Carmel roundabouts and the houses of Village of West Clay before setting of to our rural route to Ricks. To mix things up a bit, Greg ran some of the route backwards, but we still had a great time and didn't get lost. The day was beautiful for a spring day, and dry enough to make one think we were in late July as some of the corn was well past knee high. As always the food was great and good conversation when we got to one of our favorite destinations.
