10/10ths at the NCM Track 10/7-10/9
Mike G, one of our long time racers, headed to Bowling Green and the new NCM track along with a couple of other Corvette Indy members. They including Bob & Barb Y. Bob got to drive the track some Friday, but unfortunately got knocked down by a cold and headed home on Saturday.

Here are some pictures and a video of our weekend at the NCM Motorsports Park. We drove down on Friday and ran the track on Saturday and Sunday with the 10 10ths Motorsports group. They put on a great event especially given the amount cars that were there. Mike W, Patrick Wrigley (Fort Wayne CC) and I ran the intermediate group. By the second session there was limited passing allowed during 3 areas on the track.
Mike also added later about their runs and if he was able to run the full track:
Yea, we ran the full track. A few sections require good skills to get a good lap. There are two fast sweepers that have uphill approaches (blind) and one slow double left that I still didn't figure out. I was 13 seconds faster from the end of day 1 to day 2. Mike and Patrick also got faster. I expect a lot more visits!
