Rising Sun

On Sunday, July 10th Rich & Suzanne and Greg & Donna caravaned to Shelbyville to meet Randy & Sherry and Chris & Paula for breakfast at the Cracker Barrel They were joined there by 2 couples from the Columbus Corvette Club. After a hearty breakfast, 6 beautiful Vettes caravaned to Rising Sun through some of the neat driving back roads of Indiana for a car show. Once there and registered the mandatory detailing began and a warm exercise it was under bright sunny skies along the humid bank of the Ohio River. Rising Sun is a major show attraction and this day they brought in about 340 automobiles. Most of these cars were extremely nice vehicles and Rich & Suzanne, Greg & Donna, and Chris & Paula felt very fortunate to bring home a Class Winner trophy! It was a nice drive home after a Corvette filled weekend but it was a long day with leaving the house about 6:30am and arriving back home about 8:30pm!
