Parky's BBQ

On a extremely hot July 25th day, some saw up to 108 on their car thermometers, 4 Corvettes braved the heat and headed to Parky's Smokehouse in Lebanon. Stating from Bill & Erika's house, Jim & Shelley, Robert, and Jack took the long route through Sheraton, across 47 to the Elizaville Road and into the back streets of Lebanon before getting to SR39 and Parky's. The drive over was on very smooth roads that had a few curves in them. Jack, having just put Michelin tires on, was marveling at how quiet they are with the rest of the group agreeing. Looks like Discount Tire has another satisfied customer, to add to the long list of Corvette Indy owners who have switched. Once there the group of 6 enjoyed a good lunch, very sweet lemonade, and some even had a cookie for desert. Once we were back in to the heat we headed down SR39 to SR32 and back to our homes in the Westfield and Carmel areas.
