Wolfies on the Reservoir
A large group joined up on the day after Thanksgiving to take possibly the last chance at a Drive & Dine for 2011. We met at Greg & Donna's with 10 cars making up the group of Corvettes. Cruising the Carmel and Zionsville area was not easy with all of the metal cars traveling around with their shoppers aboard. Using the 2 way radios we were able to keep the group together enough so that no one missed a turn. Part of the drive included a subdivision with rather large houses in an attempt to show Greg alternative ideas for attached garages. Once we got further North and on to 236th street we were able to keep the group together. This included getting through a single traffic light cycle at US 31. Upon arriving at Wolfies we were able to park together and head in for a great lunch. While in Wolfies Robert had taken Greg's challenge in the latest newsletter to mimic the video of Hallelujah being performed by Alaskan school children. A shortened version was presented by Pat, Carolyn, Erika, Bill, & Bob - look at the video below. Who knows, an encore presentation may happen at a future meeting. Also see the videos from Robert's new mounted camera!
