Frisbee to Rick's 07/31

On the last day of July Greg and Donna called for a Retirees & Hookey Players Drive N Dine starting at their house. For those that were able to go, the couple invited everyone to arrive a bit early to see Merlin's debut Frisbee catching in front of an audience. Greg was not sure if the distraction of a crowd would stop Merlin from his debut, but there was no worry as Merlin was able to catch all that were thrown. Once done with the show, the group of attendees, Jim & Judy A, Bill & Erika L, and Chris & Paula W headed off for their extended route to Rick's Boathouse. After slipping around several construction spots the group got to the West side and the county roads that the group enjoys traversing. They did make a quick stop for fresh sweet corn and bowling ball size melons, which will be enjoyed. Once at Rick's they met Jim & Shelley N for the luncheon, as previous commitments didn't allow them to enjoy the drive. Lunch was great as always and a portion of the group took the back way home to miss the afternoon traffic.
