Jacked Up, Tail Dragon, Estate Touring Road Trip
Day 1

On Wednesday September 4 a group of Corvette Indy and Circle City Corvette Club members met at Bob Evans at I65 exit 99 in Greenwood to start a 5 day trip to Kentucky, Tennessee, and North Carolinian that was planned by Robert S. and Judie M. With a total of 7 Corvettes in the group Corvette Indy was represented by Robert & Judie, Bill & Erika L, Greg & Donna B. and Jim & Bonnie S. With the downtown closure of I65 & I70 messing with traffic everyone was still able to arrive by the 9am departure time. Once underway the group first headed down I65 to the National Corvette Museum and a stop for lunch and shopping. Among the items purchased were cup holders for several of the C6 owners. With their beverages now safely stowed, the group headed off to South of Nashville and the Jack Daniels Distillery tour in Lynchburg, TN. After a great tour of the distillery we headed off to Chattanooga and a Hampton Inn there with the first day's mileage total in at 440.. Once done with dinner at O'Charlies everyone headed off to their rooms to get ready for Day 2 of the trip.
