​ Northern Indiana Weekend Trip 7/29 & 7/30

With the weather gods smiling on the Corvette Indy members, they met at the Westfield starting location early Saturday morning and were soon headed North for their first destination of the Channel Marker restaurant in Syracuse. After a great lunch the group headed to Shipshewana and their overnight accommodations at the Farmstead Inn. After either resting or shopping the group met and headed to Middlebury and the Das Essenhaus complex for a dinner buffet and more sight seeing of the area. Sunday was again great weather as most of the group headed to South Bend and the Tippecanoe Place restaurant and another scrumptious buffet. From there they all headed to the Studebaker and South Bend Museum to walk off their latest large meal.

This made for a total of 20 Corvettes and a single SUV cruising the northern Indiana roads. Pictures below are from Jim Alvis of both days.
