​Al & Maria's Blue C8 10/8

Al and Maria Wopshall finally received their long awaited C8 which is a beautiful Elkhart Blue Metallic paint color. This is quite an update from the '63 he had years ago. The C8 is a base 2LT with Natural interior along with NPP and the new front lift option which has been appreciated by all of the new C8 owners in the club. Al also sent in more pictures and added info: This is our 8th and final Corvette.  We’ve owned all generations but the C3. I’ve had the pleasure to meet Zora Arkus-Duntov and most of the Corvette chief engineers.  We spent our first cruise on a leisurely break-in ride to Pokagon State Park and ventured into Michigan because we were close.  The car turned the magical 500-mile mark on the 4th day we owned it.  We’ll still drive some in good weather but will back off in winter.  Now we are finally official Corvette Indy members since a primary requirement is to own a Corvette.  You may notice that Elkhart Lake Blue matches Maria’s eyes.
