July 4th Carmel Parade
With the morning starting with a light rain 15 Corvettes showed up to stage for this year's 4th of July Parade.
Once the rain had stopped the preliminary clean up was started. After moving to our final staging position, the serious cleaning continued until parade time.
When the time came for the parade to start the sun had come out and the humidity started climbing.
The parade in Carmel is the state's second largest, and we were slated in the 98th position in the parade of over 120 units.
Many parade watchers were along the multiple mile parade route along Carmel Drive, Range Line, and East Main Street.
As with most other Corvette Indy Events we ended up getting something to eat, this time it was lunch at Shapiro's in Carmel.
