Drive N Dunk 04/13
On a windy and cold Saturday a number of the Corvette Indy members met for Cars and Coffee at the 96th street McAlister's. Not everyone drove their Corvettes, but a number did get out on the gray day. There was not a lot of mingling in the parking lot as everyone pretty much stayed inside and enjoyed the discussions that were being held at the long center and other tables. Possibly the most interesting car there was a highly modified Nash Metropolitan, note the picture of it before the transformation and the three of it in the parking lot. It is now powered by a Honda engine too.
The members that attended today's event were Greg & Donna B, Jim & Shelly N, Jim & Dee B, Ed & Carolyn J, Charlie & Tammy B, Bill & Erika L, John & Marge H, Bob H, Jim A, Rich P, Greg T, Robert S, Jim S, Lynn P, Jim D and Pipa Mann along with the many other car enthusiasts.
Many of the members were looking forward to Sunday's 70's and the planned Drive N Dine.
