Night Before the 500

On May 28, 2011 the club members met at Penske Chevrolet to take part in the Chevrolet sponsored Night Before the 500 at the Indianapolis Speedway. The club hosts for the event were Gene and Carol Champney, with this being Gene's last big event before he retires from Penske. With an early departure time and a great motorcycle escort we were able to be the first club (along with the Camero club sponsored by Penske) in line for the drive around the track. As always a fun event. After the drive around there was good food and entertainment provided at the Chevy complex for all.
