Friday Night at McAlister's
With the Jason's Closing in Carmel the Friday night group that had been getting together there moved to our regular Saturday morning Drive N Dunk location of McAlister's on 96th street to continue their deli style eating. As on Saturdays Brenda and her daughter will take good care of any of the members that come in for dinner. The only thing is that Greg is now reneging on his standing offer to 'buy ice cream' as he had done at the Jason's! Be sure to stop by on a Friday and hang our with other members for dinner around 6:30 Corvette Indy time.

12/08/2017 A nice group of 9 members headed out on the Friday evening before the Christmas Party to McAlister's. Glad to see that Jerry didn't get snowed in Syracuse NY. Jimmie and Donna even braved the cold weather and treated streets with their Corvette. |

11/03/2017 Another hungry group descended on McAlister's on a true Fall evening as the weather is getting cooler. With the Veterans Day Parade in the near future most of the members will be putting their Corvettes up for a winter's nap soon afterwards. |

10/20/2017 Looks like an even dozen members made it for sandwiches and soup this week. They all look happy, not sure how many Corvettes were in the lot though as there is no picture proof. The evening was absolutely beautiful so a few must have made it out of their garages to enjoy the Fall weather. |

10/13/2017 Friday the 13 seems to have brought out 13 members to McAlister's for the evening meal on what had been a beautiful day. With a number of events happening on Saturday everyone headed home soon afterwards to rest up. Remember too that McDonald's will be the Drive N Dunk site on 10/14 |

Good turnout for the weekly 6:30pm Friday night Corvette Cruise-In at McAlister's Deli (96th & N Merdian). Jim & Shelley Noelle just back from their Door County, Wisconsin trip stopped by to say hi. We also had a guest stop in with an in-progress resto-mod 1960 Corvette that his father gave him. Great service as usual from Brenda and her crew and Merlin got plenty of butter and attention.

With the Jason's actually closing on this date NO ONE wanted to take a chance on the last day's evening offerings so the first evening at the new location of McAlisters was held. Looks like a number of the group know their way there and who knows maybe some did bring their sleeping bags as you will surely see their smiling faces on Saturday too!
