2015 Great Pumpkin Weekend

As in past year's the final competition weekend at Grissom is the Great Pumpkin Weekend held on October 24th & 25th this year. As in past years there were 5 Autocross events and 2 Rallies on Saturday and 7 Autocross events on Sunday. Corvette Indy was represented in all areas with Butch D and Cathy C both competing whileTammy D and Frank C (who was having back issues) working the event. Bill & Erika L came up to watch the autocross and then run in the rallies along with Butch & Tammy. The day started out nice, but got started late due to equipment setup issues. The late start pushed the running in to a late afternoon shower which quickly passed. The poker rallies were run dry in the evening with simple route directions to the check point for more cards for the poker hands. Hot Dogs were served before and after along with chili for the hungry competitors. On Sunday the weather was cooler but a lot sunnier for a great finish to the Indiana Region Racing Season.
