Elvis Tribute

To kick off the 2013 club event season several Corvette Indy members, Doug & Mary H, Dean & Zoe D, Greg & Donna B with their son Greg and his girlfriend Ali attended the annual Elvis birthday tribute at the Pike Performing Arts Center on Friday, January 11th. There were 3 different Elvis impersonators in the concert that took turns portraying the various stages of Elvis's career; the early days, the GI Joe era, a Gospel tribute, the '68 Comeback years and the concert/Vegas years. All 3 do an excellent job an if you like Elvis's music you would really enjoy this show! The show also features the two surviving members of the Sweet Inspirations that performed with Elvis from 1969 to 1977 and they can still belt out a tune!
