​Penske 2020 Preview BBQ 08/21

To kick off the new car and truck releases for 2020 (the C8 was not there) the crew at Penske asked Corvette Indy to have a BBQ for guests, club members, and of course all of the Penske personnel. Penske also asked the members to drive their Corvettes to brighten up the front of dealership with their many colored cars. A good group of members were able to be there on the Wednesday afternoon into evening event. With our usual group of men cooking on the grill and ladies wrapping the burgers and dogs up, the food was soon ready for the enjoyment of everyone there. Roger's personal '19 Grand Sport was in the show room waiting shipment to his museum as he always orders a clone of the pace car when his team wins the Indy 500. Of course Simon Pagenaud has the real one in North Carolina.
