Cruise-in For Vision
Bosma Enterprises Cruise-in For Vision Hosted by Lincoln College of Technology
This year's Lincoln Tech Car show was held in conjunction with Bosma Enterprises on the campus of Lincoln Tech on Saturday July 18. The day was hot and humid but dry, unfortunately this did not bring out many Corvette Indy participants as only 7 Corvettes made their way to the reserved club parking. Those entering their cars and supporting the charity were Butch & Tammy D, Bill & Cheryl R (with their much appreciated tent), Al & Terri F, John & Diana A, Bill & Erika L, Barry R, & Ross G. The show is a broad spectrum of older cars, hot rods to late model tuners and most anything in between. The combined show also again had Edwards food truck and 107.9 providing music for the event. During the morning a couple of other members stopped by to check things out including John & Marg H and Greg & Donna B. Three of the club's entrants Butch & Tammy, Bill & Erika, and Al & Terri headed out early to Anderson for the ACA Rallies being held that afternoon. With the day being overly warm the promoters decided to move the awards ceremony up an hour to let the attendees head home early. The club did very well on winning trophies as everyone entered from the club got a top 10 Modern one with Bill and Cheryl pictured accepting a couple of them for members, plus the club got a trophy for most club attendees accepted by John.
