More Shows In 2015
As can be seen our club members love to do car shows. This page will have "I was There" proof of attending a show in 2015.
Union Bible College Car Show 10/03
Wylie sent this report and pictures in for one of the last car shows of the year: On a very cool, windy and eventually wet day I went to the last Car Show of the year at the Union Bible College in Westfield. I felt sorry for the young man who runs this show as he has had 3 years of the worst weather. But he really runs a nice show. Lot's of trophies, cash prizes and door prizes. He even gave me a ride home to get my second Corvette to boost the car count. Ended up with 17 cars. Everyone got a trophy, me for best corvette and best 1985 and up. Of course it is going to be a nice day tomorrow! Oh and Bill and Erika showed up right at the end and Bill drove one of my cars home for me and they helped dry them off.

Zionsville Fall Festival Car Show 09/13
A few pictures taken at the Zionsville Fall Festival car show. Mostly hot rods and restorations but I did get a second place in the specialty class for cars newer than 20 years old. About 80 cars, total and a perfect day for a car show. Thanks to John B for the report & pictures.

Fortville Cruise-In 07/29
Jim & Bonnie S and Jim &Judi A drove to Fortville on July 29 to check out the Wednesday evening Cruise-In. We had heard the weekly cruise-in was becoming more and more popular, and that was the case. Many of the cars show up early to park on the west side of Main Street to be in the shade. I would guess there were 30-40 cars altogether. It is a very casual, laid back affair. Folks set up their lawn chairs and enjoy the pleasant weather. There are several local restaurants that are open to serve the attendees. The four of enjoyed a meal at one of the small restaurants. Several folks indicated there must have been well over one hundred vehicles on a previous spectacular Wednesday evening.
