Long Lunch Louie's Trip to Mellow Mushroom

Another successful Retiree's and Hookey Players lunch was planned and executed by Robert, along with fellow Corvette Indy members Bill & Erika L, Arminta I, Greg B, John & Margret H, and Jim N., with Donna B. and Shelley N meeting us at our destination. Robert also belongs to Circle City so were able to have 4 of their members Rich R., Ben D., Alan A., and Lew S along to make a nice complement of 9 Corvettes cruising the Hamilton county highways. Starting from the picturesque Cool Creek parking lot Robert left a bit early to capture a video of the group winding through the park. After a nice drive through Cool Creek Park, Robert got back in to the lead and we were off on a great drive around Hamilton County. The planned route was canned due to some paving and construction projects that were noticed on the morning scouting run. Some smooth back roads were quickly substituted through Westfield and Noblesville and back to Carmel heading south on Keystone led us to the Mellow Mushroom at 116th and Keystone for a good meal and great fellowship.
We didn't lose anyone this time (since Bob Y. wasn't with us) as we made sure that the cars at the back had radio communication with the leader.
