Retiree's and Hookey Player's Drive n Dines
Retiree's and Hookey Player's Drive n Dines are short notice events, sometimes created just a few hours before we meet and cruise around in our Corvettes. The notice for these gatherings is via email, as they are not planned in advance enough to be in our newsletter. Generally we try to give a few days notice, so that the Hookey Player's can come up with a somewhat valid excuse for not being at work that afternoon. This short notice cruising has been a lot of fun, with generally a short drive of an hour or less followed by an extended late lunch - early dinner (Linner).
