Indiana Region 2016 Awards Banquet 01/21
The annual Award Banquet was hosted by the Fort Wayne Corvette Club at Goeglein's Catering in Fort Wayne with CI award winners in attendance; Keith Riley, Frank and Cathy Coolidge, Butch and Tammy DeWitt, unable to attend Bill and Erika Lapham, Al and Teri Forey, Mike Gilbert and Lou Savino. Of those listed most had earned 200 point jackets through competing and / or working Indiana Region autocross events. Along with their autocross events Butch & Tammy were also first in men's & ladies rally points, and Bill 4th in men's rally points. Those earning competition recognition but not jackets this year were Erika who was second place in ladies rally points while Terri was third place in ladies rally and Al getting 9th place in men's rally points an overall good showing by Corvette Indy in rallying.
Lots of Clubs were well represented; Michiana, Corvette Club of Indiana, Elkhart, Anderson, Lafayette, Hoosier, Circle City and Ft Wayne hosted a great night with Putnum Park meeting to start off the night followed by social hour and a wonderful buffet and to end the night we had a Hot Wheel drag racing event...a great time was had by with the top 4 finishers...Marlin R, Kay C, Dave B & Tammy D.
