​Ricks Boatyard DnD 05/24

On a beautiful Thursday afternoon the Retiree & Hooky Players' road again.  Sheri C and Kim C held up the Hooky Players' end while the rest of the group represented the Retirees.  They met at Greg & Donna's house at 12:30pm for snacks and refreshments and soaked up some shade on the deck. The sky was clear blue and sunny and the temperature was around 80 with a gentle refreshing breeze sneaking through the trees.  After some fun conversation the group consisting of Greg & Donna B, Kim C, Ray & Sherry C, John & Marg H, Bud & Eileen M, Mike & Linda T, John V, Phil V and Linda W saddled up their eight shiny steeds and rolled out through the nearly empty streets of Carmel, Zionsville, Eagle Creek and eventually hitched their rides at Rick's Boatyard Café on the west side of Indy.  Mark R met the group there and all 15 enjoyed some great conversation and good food outside on the deck overlooking the lake.  It was a fun afternoon and everyone agreed we needed to do it again soon!
